Power Consumption: At the reference voltage, reference temperature, and reference frequency, the active power and apparent power of the energy meter's voltage circuit shall be less than 1 W and 6 VA, respectively; at the basic current, reference temperature, and reference frequency, the apparent power of the energy meter's current circuit shall be less than 1 VA.
Voltage and Voltage Influence: Specified operating range: 0.9 Un – 1.1 Un; Limit operating range: 0.7 Un – 1.3 Un. Upon applying a voltage of 380 V to the voltage circuit for one hour, no damage shall occur; following the test, the energy meter shall function normally.
Influence of Power Supply Interruption: Following testing conducted in accordance with prescribed procedures, power supply interruptions shall have no substantial adverse effect on the energy meter.
Influence of Short-Duration Overcurrent: The meter shall be capable of withstanding an overcurrent of 30 Imax without sustaining damage. The duration of application shall be one-half cycle at the rated frequency; following the test, the energy meter shall function normally, and the change in error shall not exceed ±1.5% (at I = Ib, cosφ = 1.0).

Influence of Self-Heating: The change in error caused by self-heating shall not exceed ±1.0% (at I = Imax, cosφ = 1.0) and ±1.5% (at I = Imax, cosφ = 0.5L).
Influence of Temperature Rise: Under normal operating conditions, the insulation shall not attain a temperature that adversely affects the operation of the energy meter. With an ambient temperature not exceeding 40ºC, the temperature rise of the enclosure shall not exceed 25K.
Insulation: Under normal operating conditions, sufficient dielectric integrity shall be maintained. Due consideration must be given to atmospheric influences and the varying voltages encountered during normal operation; the device must be capable of withstanding impulse voltage tests and AC voltage tests as prescribed by relevant regulations.
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC): Complies with the requirements of GB/T 17215–1998 and DL/T 614–1997.
Electromagnetic Immunity: The design of the electricity meter shall ensure that it remains undamaged and functionally unaffected when subjected to conducted and radiated electromagnetic disturbances, as well as electrostatic discharges.
